5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the deliverables created for your project. We retain the right to display our work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project, except as required by law.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. Except as expressly stated, we make no other warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nazorithm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
